FAQ
Questions desk
Answers are grouped so procurement, engineers, and people ops land in the right paragraph. Nothing here is a disguised upsell—limitations sit beside benefits.
Programs
Cohort calls default to ICT weekday evenings or weekend intensives listed on each syllabus. Self-paced tracks include optional office hours that rotate through ASEAN-friendly windows.
Cloud vendor fees, exam vouchers, employer procurement steps, and personal hardware are excluded. Pricing pages spell out what mentors grade versus what your IT team must approve.
Mentorship
Cohort SLAs target three business days for standard assignments, faster during capstone crunch. We disclose slower windows during Thai public holidays.
Yes with notice—useful for upskilling sponsors. We do not record mentor critique without written consent from everyone on the call.
Technical
Labs target 3.11+ with uv or pip workflows documented in the template repo. Legacy 2.x code appears only as migration reading, not runnable exercises.
No. You bring sanitized samples or use Bridgemesh sandboxes. VPNing into production without internal approval violates acceptable use.
Logistics
Bridgemesh operates hybrid cohorts with optional Bangkok meetups when schedules align. Most coursework is remote-first with clear async expectations.
Invoices list our Thai entity details; your finance team reconciles against their policy. See Returns & Refunds for statutory cooling-off notes independent of HR timing.
Honest limits
We are not a job placement agency, not a penetration testing bootcamp, and not a low-code RPA certification mill. Depth stays in maintainable Python automation with mentor-reviewed scope cuts.
