Refund Policy

This Returns & Refunds policy explains eligibility for Bridgemesh course fees denominated in THB. It complements your statutory rights as a consumer in Thailand where non-waivable protections apply.

For distance contracts, you may withdraw within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving a reason, provided digital access has not been fully consumed. If you download all core materials or attend more than the introductory live session, partial charges may apply consistent with PDPA and consumer protection guidance on digital content.

Full refunds are issued when Bridgemesh cancels a cohort, fails to provide access through no fault of yours, or duplicates a charge in error.

Where services partially delivered, we may offer prorated refunds or credits toward a future cohort. Mentor time already rendered is non-refundable beyond statutory minima.

Third-party exam vouchers, hardware purchased separately, or partner services billed directly by vendors are not refundable through Bridgemesh.

Email our team with your enrollment reference. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method where technically possible; bank timelines may add additional days.

Abuse, breach of acceptable use, or chargeback fraud voids refund eligibility. If you dispute charges without contacting us first, we may pause account access pending investigation.
