Terms of Service

These General Terms govern access to Bridgemesh websites, course materials, and related community spaces operated from Thailand. By using the site you confirm you have authority to bind yourself or your organization as applicable.

Bridgemesh provides educational content, cohort facilitation, mentor feedback, and self-paced resources related to Python automation and scripting. We do not sell proprietary runtime infrastructure or guaranteed business outcomes.

You must provide accurate registration details. Bridgemesh may refuse service for misrepresentation, abusive conduct, or policy violations without refund where permitted by applicable consumer law.

Course materials, templates, and branding remain Bridgemesh or licensor property. You receive a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal learning during enrollment. Redistribution, resale, or scraping of the curriculum is prohibited.

You may not use Bridgemesh assets to build deceptive systems, bypass security controls, violate third-party terms, or harass staff or learners. Automation coursework must respect ethical guidelines communicated in each lab.

To the fullest extent permitted under Thai law, Bridgemesh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of materials, including lost profits or data loss. Direct damages are capped at amounts you paid for the specific offering in the twelve months preceding the claim unless mandatory law states otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have exclusive jurisdiction unless consumer protection rules grant you non-waivable rights to sue elsewhere.

We may update these terms with a revised “last updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of material changes where permitted. Either party may terminate access for cohort products according to the refund and cancellation policy.
